Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Design mechanical components, including precision mechanisms, vacuum engineering, structural frameworks, and thermal design, with rich design experience;
2. Design and verify specifications through relevant technologies and practical knowledge of mechanical and system design;
3. Apply the best design practices to ensure reliability, manufacturability and maintainability at a reasonable cost;
4. Cooperate closely with suppliers, and guide their manufacturing process, so that the products meet the development needs, ensuring product quality and timely delivery;
5. Give prompt responses and solutions to manufacturing, assembly and other technical issues raised by relevant parties;
6. Release, update and manage technical documents.
Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing;
2. Proficient in CAD, 3D (Pro-E or SolidWorks, etc.), or related software;
3. Over 5 years of experience in independent design of key components for complex mechanical equipment or electronic instruments;
4. Over 3 years of experience preferred in mechanical design of vacuum equipment (such as MOCVD, SiC-CVD, or HVPE);
5. Strong knowledge of the manufacturing process. Experience in at least one complete system-design cycle (from designing system specifications to release and production);
6. Strong logical and analytical skills and a high sense of responsibility.
