Process Expert (Ph.D.)
Responsibilities:
1. Develop epitaxy processes, design engineering experiments, collect data, analyze results, and generate reports;
2. Collaborate with the design team on epitaxy equipment development;
3. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues in R&D and customer production processes, conducting root cause analysis;
4. Support the marketing team by providing optimal process demos to maximize market impact;
5. Communicate with customers to resolve complex process-related issues on-site.
Requirements:
1. Ph.D. in Materials Physics, Microelectronics, or related fields;
2. Experience in SiC, GaN, or Si epitaxy;
3. Strong teamwork and self-motivation.
