Senior Epitaxy Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Epitaxy process development, engineering experiments of design process, data collection, analysis and reporting;
2. Cooperate with design department to develop epitaxy equipment;
3. Analyze technical problems in R&D and client production, and conduct root cause analysis;
4. Assist the marketing department to provide optimal process demos, helping maximize marketing effectiveness;
5. Maintain communication with clients to solve onsite process engineering problems.
Requirements:
1. Master’s degree or higher in Material Physics, Microelectronics, or equivalent;
2. Experience in SiC, GaN or Si epitaxy;
3. Teamwork skills and self-motivation.
