Customer Service Engineer

Responsibilities:
1.Problem tracking, on-site installation and commissioning for the entire project;
2. Contact various departments to assist in service delivery;
3. Develop use, calibration, and commissioning manuals for each part of the device;
4. Collect customer information and maintain a sustainable relationship with customers;
5. Collect information about equipment operation status, and make equipment operation reports;
6. Provide equipment transformation plans indicating shortcomings;
7. Be familiar with equipment production testing, dismantling, packaging and shipping.


Requirements:
1. Junior college degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Automation or equivalent;
2. Understand FAB plant workflow, with over 3 years of experience in customer service installation and maintenance of semiconductor equipment. Experience in CVD/MOCVD equipment installation and commissioning is preferable;
3. Strong knowledge of equipment management, electronic circuits, and safety management;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and hands-on ability.
