Electrical Engineer (Low Voltage)
Responsibilities:
1. Understand the equipment processes and functional requirements of machinery, and translate them into design parameters of electrical and electronic control systems;
2. Understand the electrical interfaces of electromechanical components, collect input/output points and specific electrical parameters, and understand software interface protocols;
3. Select appropriate controller (PLC) models, electronic circuit microprocessors, and related hardware according to the performance requirements;
4. Design hardware interface circuits, circuit boards, electrical boxes, signal cables and other components according to the industry specifications and functional requirements;
5. Design PLC and internal microprocessor software according to the functional requirements, and lead the basic functional equipment commissioning;
6. Study the characteristics of conventional industrial field busses and the advanced features of control systems for design, implementation and verification;
7. Participate in process equipment and automation projects, including transfer of new technologies, involving hardware and software specification design, manufacturing, installation and testing;
8.Participate in commissioning, improvement and on-site technical assistance for customer prototypes.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Control, Electronic Engineering, or related fields;
2. Over 3 years' working experience in industrial power distribution or electrical automation, etc.;
3. Familiarity with PLC products, especially Mitsubishi and Siemens;
4. Proficiency in E-plan and SolidWorks electric diagram drawing software;
5.Proficiency in 1 or 2 types of PLC programming; experience in embedded system design is a plus;
6.Good technical and communication skills;
7. Strong ability to work independently, with strong problem analysis and solving skills.
