Semiconductor Equipment Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, establishing preventive maintenance (PM) programs to ensure equipment stability and efficiency;
2. Assist process department to complete process testing, investigating related problems for solutions;
3. Equipment function commissioning, calibration of machine parameters, performance commissioning, and long-term stability testing;
4. Analyze test data, and analyze and organize data to provide analysis and solutions;
5. Solve technical problems in manufacturing, provide production services such as assembly and commissioning, and make assembly and acceptance records;
6. Prepare equipment operation instructions, and develop training programs such as the preparation of integrated commissioning process and specifications, SOPs, and checklists;
7. Meet the requirements of the quality/information security management system, comply with relevant management regulations, and ensure the quality and information security of this position.
Requirements:
1. Junior college degree or higher in Mechatronics or related fields;
2. Over 5 years’ experience in equipment maintenance and repair in the semiconductor industry. Proficiency in the basic skills and techniques of mechanical assembly;
3. An understanding of the technical requirements and key points of mechanical assembly drawings;
4. An understanding of safety operation specification of strong and weak electricity equipment;
5. Stress tolerance, and an ability to adapt to the clean room environment;
6. Strong hands-on ability, on-site coordination and promotion ability;
7. Knowledge of robotics, automation, or precision motion servo positioning is preferable.
